But in about 2 hours they called me and had it fixed, I was blown away. I told them to install windows and the bios update while the had it. All this for $80. I took it home and it wouldn’t post again. I called them and they told me to bring it back in. They had no problem with it but kept it overnight to make sure. They did not charge me the second time. Long story short the wall plug in I was using was wired backwards (reverse polarity). That won’t affect something lower powered but will definitely affect a pc. It’s rare in this day and age where a business doesn’t charge you a “shop fee”” just to look at something. They were fair priced, personable, patient and made sure they did everything I requested.
