⭐ “Personally, if I could give more than five stars, I would. And if you’re not ready for a long read, just keep scrolling. If you’re still here, here’s my story: I have an Mpad14 phone that needed the charging port to be repaired. If you’re not familiar with the Mpad14, don’t beat yourself up about it. Gene wasn’t familiar, either. He let me know that he wasn’t even sure what to charge me until he was able to open it up to see what needed to be done. Now, to keep things in perspective, I’m a handicap old man, and I went to see Gene on a mobility scooter. It was too wide to fit inside his office, so he met me outside to take a look at my device. After seeing it, he let me know that it would be approximately 30 to $80 depending on what needed to be done. After agreeing to his “quote”, I stayed around the area, so it’s not too waste my battery. After about 1½ hours, I called him just to see if he was able to make any progress. He let me know that he had stepped away from the office, but would return in 20 minutes, ultimately quoted me a $55 price and advised me that the device would be ready to be picked up in approximately 2½ hours. Please keep in mind, that I am old, handicapped, and have been out for an hour and a half already, and have not yet paid this man, or even received a receipt for perspective services. So I let him know that I would wait for him to return, pay him, get a receipt, and then return when the device was ready. True to his word, he came back 20 minutes later, and as I was prepared to pay him, he went inside the office to retrieve what I thought would be a receipt. He, in fact, returned with my device, in fully functioning operating order! I was a bit confused, because I didn’t think that the device was ready. Come to find out that he had repaired the device before he left, and was only charging the battery. He advised me to come back at 4:00, for which, I can only assume, that he wanted to present me with the device fully charged. Because it was already fully working. So, to summarize, I initially believed that he wasn’t sure if he would be able to fix my phone, or what would have needed to be done in order to fix my phone, my device was ready earlier than I thought it would be, and it cost me less than I was prepared to pay. So, I let him know I appreciated his service, and that his reputation for fantastic service is far from unwarranted. Not only do I recommend iFIXsmartphone as a business, but I plan to do more business with iFIXsmartphone as a positive fixture in the community. #jobwelldone” – Lord
