Showed up early on a Saturday before they were busy and got help pretty much immediately. Ran into a carrier problem that required me to leave and then come back when they were extremely busy. They still managed to get me helped fairly quickly and ended up dealing with Crystal. Crystal (hope I’m spelling that correctly) was knowledgeable and helpful. ⭐ “You can’t pay people to care, so pay the people who do care. I walked into the store ready to toss my 2021 iMac into the trash and disavow Apple altogether. Not angrily, just as a matter of course. Kevin (the tech man with a scarf) actually cared about the customers. He accepted my walk-in very quickly while also helping another customer. Midway through helping me, he accepted yet another customer, and it was clear he wasn’t being forced to do this. He just didn’t want customers waiting for an inappropriate amount of time. He also fixed the issue I was having with my dud of an iMac. I went from feeling like someone who got scammed into buying from a massive corporation to someone who is supporting the likes of people that actually care. Someone give Kevin a raise. These apple staff are super nice and work hard to resolve issues and (or) answer questions. I came in for the photo walks that is essentially a workshop on taking pictures using different features and I did both that day. Chris who was our mentor did an amazing job at teaching us everything there is to know about taking pictures with the new iPhone X. Come in for the workshops and you won’t be dissatisfied.
