⭐ “We visited this store on Sunday, January 5, 2025. I was immediately greeted by an Apple team member (Josiaha). He got us checked in for our appointment. I was assisted by both Rebecca and Hannah. Both were very knowledgeable and willing to help me diagnose my phone issue. They determined that my problem was a software issue and thoroughly explained to me how they would go about trying to fix it. I am thankful that they both took the time necessary to repair my iPhone. They could have very easily told me that I would need to buy a new phone as I no longer have a warranty. After they fixed my phone, I inquired about my son doing a demo with the virtual reality headset. Rebecca quickly scheduled an appointment time for my son. David was fantastic at walking my son through the different features of the VR. It was an absolute pleasurable appointment. Much different than my last visit to this Apple Store. We drove an hour and 45 minutes in inclement weather to keep our appointment. It was well worth it! I highly recommend this store for your iPhone needs.
