In less than 24 hours, they tested my tv’s sound module and speakers. The module was good but, the speakers were bad. They advised me that, they could replace the speakers but, it would be 4-6 weeks to get new ones from overseas. It would be better and more cost effective to get an external sound bar. They came out to my vehicle to pick up the tv and brought it out when I picked it up. First class service and definitely worth the drive. I’m glad I passed on the other her tv shops and came here. As far as whats in the TV I have no idea, but I know it needs to be taken apart to see. The speaker worked before we took it in on the right side now its distorted at high volume no matter which hdmi cord we use.
