⭐ “My daughter told me they could replace the screen on my S22 Ultra, thus saving me $1,000 for a new one. But I didn’t believe her. Now, as I tap this out on my new screen, I do! It took about 45min and cost $400. (More expensive than other screen replacements, but the curved screen on the Ultra is ultra pricey) The repair person I worked with at the Issaquah store was chatty, informative and interesting. Really good experience, and the replacement screen has a lifetime warranty. The only thing that gave me pause was the tip screen that came up while paying. This is not something I was expecting to have to account for in a $400 charge, just like I would not expect a car mechanic to have a tip screen for tire replacement. I paid the max tip because they deserve it and I was concerned that such a screen may indicate the staff are not paid particularly well. (The place is owned by someone who owns several of these stores) Either way, it was worth it to have my phone up and running again without having to go through the expense and weeks long ordeal of reloading and configuring apps.
