⭐ “Wow, this is the best service that I have received in a LONG TIME! As a matter of fact, it is some of the best service I have ever received, period! I came in for a cracked screen on my dinosaur iPhone (6s plus). I had completely forgotten that the rear camera lens on it was wacky, and Noel was kind enough to inform me that it was broken. He offered to fix the screen and replace the camera lens as a package for 20 more dollars. Then, just as I was leaving to go eat lunch for the 30 minute wait, he ran out ONTO THE STREET, mind you, and told me that he didn’t believe he had anymore black screens, but he could replace it with a white one. Because of this, which I didn’t think was a big deal, he offered to replace the camera lens FOR FREE, instead of the 20 extra dollars. Awesome, I was just glad to have it fixed. But wait, it gets better. When I returned for pick up, I was surprised with the news that he not only found a black screen, and replaced the camera lens; But he also threw in a screen protector for extra protection (my case didn’t do it’s job all of the way). My grandpa 6s plus is looking brand new, and working better than ever! This will DEFINITELY be the only place that I recommend to anyone for their repair needs. I had an iPhone 7 that had a cracked screen and the pressure sensitivity was all off. I went to this shop and they fixed it no problem in about 30 minutes. Very good customer and professional service, shop has a really nice vibe to it, and the overall process was very smooth and low stress. I even received a follow up text from the business asking if everything was working fine with my phone. Although the price is a bit more than other shops in Chicago, the peace of mind knowing that you won’t get scammed is definitely worth the extra 20 or 30$ more that it may cost to get it repaired here than the other cheap repair shops in Chicago.
