Since the very first time Mike helped me years ago I am never going back to the Apple Store or any other repair shop or other human iPhone repair person… Mike is my iPhone tech forever. Adding that since working with Mike for my iPhone repair needs I seriously have not even gone back to apple stores or another repair shop/person. The first time I called Mike I was nervous and reluctant as I have never had someone come to you …. And I am so BEYOND HAPPY that I went through with the first appointment booking and that was way back many years ago…. Because Mike surpassed my expectations 10 fold. He arrived on time and was SOOOOO incredibly nice and attentive (he REALLY does listen to what you tell him is wrong with your iPhone) and he is genuinely a very empathic person and strives to FIX your issues professionally and with precision/accuracy. He is by far the most talented iPhone tech professional I have EVER dealt with. And that would be an understatement… MIKE JUST FREAKIN ROCKS. PERIOD. He can come to your home / office / meet you at your convenience. He is always so accommodating. With very fast responses when you reach out for service. He has always come out to me the day of or the next day. But literally always in 24 hours accounting for schedule alignment on both of our ends. All you have to do is text or call him. That’s it. His craftsmanship is unwavering … he knows whats he’s doing and is an expert in his trade. But what’s refreshing is that he is trustworthy and gives you the best value for your repairs (bc apple stores and other repair shops always overcharge and Mike simply doesn’t overcharge). Mike has now fixed so many issues over the course of the many years I’ve had with my iPhone (cracked phone screens/replacement of charging ports/battery replacement and etc ).. including getting a new phone and he transferred everything over for me with the new phone! And this was just seconds ago! And guess what if your appointment goes over and he needs to leave to tend another already booked appt he will come back and finish… speaking from experience as Mike just left a bit ago from helping me today (not only that he came twice as we were running overtime for the morning appt … so Mike quickly went to another booked appt and so very quickly came back to finish my appt. He is a man of his word. And I’ve known this since he helped me many years ago. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for Mike. If you’re in need of any iPhone repairs please do not go anywhere else… and I say this with complete honesty. I trust Mike with my iPhone needs.
