When we finally did get in touch with each other, they were very knowledgeable about what I needed. I made an appointment and I was leery of meeting at a shared office space that didn’t have their name on the storefront but it worked out fine. They were right on time for the appointment. I had cracks in my screen so they replaced it. It’s like a new phone! When the time came for me to pick my phone up, I had a very hard time finding a parking space downtown. That, coupled with the traffic caused me to be about 20 minutes late which really stressed me out.
