⭐ “There is never a good time for your cell phone to break, but my Nexus 5X overheated and stopped working when I was pretty broke. I first went to GJ Wireless down the street and the guy behind the counter took a cursory glance at my phone and pronounced it dead. The guy behind the counter said that anyplace in town would charge at least a $50 diagnostic fee and the lowest repair cost I could expect would be at least $75 – probably more. The phone itself isn’t worth that much so I almost gave up. Then I went to iGeeks – they charged nothing for the diagnostic and tried to get it to work right on the spot. The needed a few more hours to complete a diagnostic and then gave me an estimate of $40 but needed to order parts. The repair was done as soon as the parts arrived two days later and they did not charge me a penny more than the $40 they said they would. The phone has worked fine ever since.
