⭐ “Dropped my iPhone 5s one too many times and this time my screen was crackled and bits of glass scattered at least six feet away. The phone still worked great, but it broke my heart to look at it. Took it to the Apple store and they said the frame was bent and could not replace the screen. They offered a 5S swap out for way too much for a two year old phone. I really liked my 5S and found Device Savers had great reviews. Called and spoke to Chris and came in after work. Discussed the situation with Josh, and he knew everything about this type of problem and how to fix it. He said it could be fixed as good as new in 1.5 hours. He had a great case in stock that I can now keep clipped to my pants on my hip in a holster. When I came back at 7:30pm the phone was ready. Kyle did a FANTASTIC AMAZING job, and the phone looked as good as new. Popped it into my new case and I’m good to go!! When I picked it up there was a Verizon rep there who regularly drives in from his store in St. Pete! He told me that he brings all his customer’s phones there and they are fantastic. She was so friendly, knew soooo much about technology of all kinds, and totally sold me on checking them out if I ever needed anything fixed on my phone, or even if I just had questions. Low and behold, I happened to crack the glass on my iPhone 6, so I decided to go in. Shannon was not there, but the rest of the staff in the store had the same demeanor as she did, and it was awesome. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, honest, the repair was done in an hour, and it was done right. They also have a 3 month warranty for any work that is done, so it’s nice to know that I can walk out of the store without questioning anything.
