I ran into an issue with the screws so I took it to Tech Fix. Drew looked at it and said he could fix them, and the price was very reasonable. Two days later, Drew called me and said that my daughter, in attempting to fix them, had super glued the headphones, and some of the glue was on the parts he needed to remove. He said he could still fix them, but it would take longer because he had to remove the glue, and it was going to be a slow process.
