They replaced the charging port, which helped, but they said the charging wasn’t entirely reliable. That they could have done more but it’s hard to get the parts for this weird phone. They refuse to take any money for this repair! They even threw in cleaning the port in my pixel 7. So far, the BlindShell has charged perfectly, so has my pixel.
