That afternoon they were able to tell me the scope of the problem and they offered a solution. They ordered me a new part (which took a week…not their fault) and I didn’t know how I was going to get my work done in the meantime. They gave me a loaner keyboard and I took my computer (which was otherwise working) home. As soon as the new keyboard came in, they called, and I brought my computer in for repair. The work was one within 90 minutes, and now it is working better than before. From stat to finish they were perfect—-efficient, organized, communicative, polite, and most of all, competent in their repair skills. All at a very fair price. If I ever (God forbid) need repair work again, I am going to them in a heartbeat.
