He ordered the part and told me to bring the laptop in the next day. He replaced the screen in 45 mins for $399+tax in just about 24 hours from when I contacted them from their website. (Originally, I had taken the laptop in to an authorized Apple service center. I was told Apple required me to fix other things that I didn’t care about in this old laptop for a total cost of $1200 and a 7-day return time. Oh and my laptop would be wiped.)
