They told me I have to file the claim online and then go to another place to have it repaired (that was if I didn’t have to mail it in). When I arrived at CPR (Cell Phone Repair) I was greeted with a smile by Gary. He was so helpful right from the start. The guys at T-mobile told me I didn’t need to schedule an appointment as long as I submitted my claim. So when I arrived at CPR my claim was a bit messed up. (Make sure you schedule the appt!)
