Now as of 2.19.25 my phone died and wasn’t turning back on. I was charging for hours and nothing. I took it in and the tech told me it was cause of the unregulated voltage from the box I plug into the wall. So my phone went into a sort of safety mode sleep. He restarted it and it was back to normal. I asked how much did they want and they said nothing, since he only restarted it. I was so grateful and he gave me some good advice on not cheaping out when it comes to buying chargers for my phone cause I could damage the battery. I left buying one new charging box. He tested it in front of me, my screen was broken. I had stickers on the back of my phone and he did tell me he might have had to cut some of them but at the end he didn’t have.
