⭐ “Excellent service! My iPad would no longer charge. Took it to Best Buy & was quoted $250 just to evaluate the problem. The Geek Squad guy gave me The Phone Mechanic’s business card. I set up an appointment for the next day, dropped my iPad off and he contacted me within a few hours. He explained the issue & gave me a price. He had everything he needed to fix my iPad. While doing the repair, he accidentally caused another problem, and let me know that he would have to order another part that would delay the repair for a day. He made the repair at no additional cost to me, which in my opinion, was highly ethical. He could have told me there was another issue & charged an additional fee, but he didn’t.
