Kaley greeted me and completed the intake. I didn’t think my phone was under warranty since I’ve had it almost 2 years, so I was quoted $100 plus tax and about 2 hours to complete. When I came back, Kaley and Genesis told me they had good news. I figured they just meant the fix went well, but NO. They went above and beyond and filed a warranty claim on my behalf and it was approved. I couldn’t believe it for two reasons: 1. There was no indication I had any warranty time remaining with Google after I checked multiple sources. 2. They didn’t have to spend the extra time to do this. They could’ve fixed the phone and swiped my credit card. So instead of simply being relieved that my phone was fixed, they went above and beyond and saved me $100+. Thank you two!” – Review
