Also, I had left my lens on the previous camera and asked them to give it back (simple request). This took waay longer than expected, but eventually got it straightened out. It’s been an up and down experience but overall I’ve been happy with their customer service. They called back and emailed me to make sure my case was not forgotten. I was just honest with them about my worry that I won’t have my camera for upcoming trips and photoshoots.
