The phone had not been holding charge for as long as it used to, so I opted for the battery and that was the problem. I really appreciate the fact they were not just trying to push a battery on me whether I needed one or not. I though the price was pretty fair at $55 including installation. I could get the battery for less online but would have to wait 4 days, faster shipping would make the price about the same, but this included installation. I watched a YouTube video on installation but I’m nearly blind and I thought it was a little more than I felt comfortable about trying. Plus, I needed the phone that day, so win, win. The staff was very friendly, very informative, very professional.
