He was very patient and explained to me the procedure to get the screen protector replaced. He had also informed me that he might not be there when I arrived and gave me the name of the gentleman who will be helping me. Once I arrived the Frank was there ( the gentleman that I was told who would be helping me) he immediately asked if I was there to get my screen protector fixed. He also informed me that this isn’t the first time he heard of this problem with the same screen protector from other customers. They didnt have the same one in store. He gave me options to get something different or too get the same one I had online. I told him I dont want the same one if this is becoming a known issue.
