⭐ “I’m not out to get anyone in trouble, to assume, or to accuse this business of being dishonest, so I will give them a 5 star and write my experience so you can be the judge. I dropped my iPad Pro off for an intermittent charging issue, where it would charge but never have enough power to turn on. They pointed out that the iPad was a little bent, so I asked them to take it apart and see if it was fixable, which is what they suggested I should do, since diag fee is only $60 plus tax. I get a call in a day or two saying they took it apart, changed the port and the battery, but the issue was still happening. They asked if I wanted them to recycle it, and I said no I’d pick it up. I go pick it up and realized I saw dried up food and smudges my 4 year old left on the screen protector were still there. I called up and asked them if they really took it apart, and they said yes, you can take the iPad apart without removing the screen protector. If they use another method than heating it up on a hot plate, then they must really know their stuff. Tl;Dr – they’re either really good at what they do, and I’m just an idiot, which I hope is the case, or they didn’t work on my iPad. Great for iPhone battery repair.” – Matthew
