My husband had brought my daughter’s phone to Rekonect last year so he took mine here today. The owner opened up the phone and disconnected something and put it back together and it started working again. It has now stayed on over 3 hours. He did not charge me anything. ⭐ “PLEASE GIVE GERALD YOUR BUSINESS! Called 20 minutes before close to see if I could get squeezed in for a battery replacement, said come on in. I got there and he was willing to stay late just to fix it. He also attempted a diagnosis because I wasn’t completely sure what was wrong. Sadly he didn’t have any batteries in stock or other parts he said that it might be since it’s an older iPhone, but he ordered them the next day and had them arrive soon after. My phone was sadly not fixable with the tools at his disposal, he told me I’d have to take it to Apple. He didn’t charge me a dime. Offered to stay late, attempted a diagnosis, ordered parts, replaced all the pieces he ordered to see if they’d work and was so friendly.
