The whole crew has hustled on numerous occasions to bring my phone back from the brink, clearly identifying precise issues and offering a diversity of solutions to get them fixed. I had a Pixel 6 for years, and these guys tirelessly battled its impending obsolescence with me (camera, battery, port, battery relay). They clearly understand some of the menial work involved with phones, computers, and gaming systems. The store is very clean, but it also shelves hundreds of different devices, selling some pretty cool options like refurbished Nintendo Switch, iPhones, laptops, tablets, and more at very reasonable prices. Every time I walk in I am greeted in less than thirty seconds, and even if someone is coming out of the back after I have been helped, he makes eye contact with me and asks if I need assistance. Turnaround time has been super reasonable on everything, and with several of my issues they had me working less than an hour. I have no complaints about any transaction here. The owners and managers have been consistently communicative, professional, and honest. I would recommend the service at this place for anything digital. They fix computers, back-up data, and look up schematics for some dated stuff too. Awesome store. I feel practically blessed that it’s so close.
