⭐ “HAS CUSTOMER’S BEST INTEREST IN MIND, HONEST, and EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! My 4 year old Pixel 3 suddenly went black screen and I went in for a battery change, because I know phone batteries only last 2-3 years and this one never had a battery change. Evin quoted me a highly competative/AFFORDABLE price for the battery replacement but before proceeding with a repair explained he ought do a quick prognostic on the phone (which he did free for me), to make sure the battery really was the problem and, so, it turns out, the screen and not battery was the issue. Screen replacement parts for Pixel 3 are relatively expensive so he advised I proceed with getting a new phone and not repairing. Evin was also warm and friendly, and the shop was nice and clean + has some pretty things to look at as well as other little pleasant features. The next time I have any other phone issue, I am going right here. I am a San Francisco native of 5+ years and give my top recommendation to the MOBILE FIX Team” – Review
⭐ “Had a problem with my MacBook Pro that got some water damage. Evan was very helpful and communicated the issue very well. I decided to not go through with the full repair, but he cleaned it up and got it working as possible. After cleaning, I brought it to Apple to check trade in value + check their repair cost (much more than it would have been here) and they actually reconnected a broken connection on the logic board which made the screen not turn on, which had previously not been an issue. For no charge, Evan took back my laptop to investigate and reversed this mistake Apple had made! I was blown away I actually received my computer back from Apple in worse shape than I gave it to them in. Thank you Evan and Mobile Fix for your help! Excellent iPhone battery replacement service.” – Nick

They deserve their own constellation of stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent iPhone battery replacement service.” – Paul
⭐ “got my screen replaced at another place a few months ago and it broke pretty fast after I dropped it once. Came here and David showed me how the other place didn’t even put the screen back in the right place and offered to replace that screen for a much better price. A friend recommended me and hooked me up big for 30 percent off. Highly recommend coming here if you are in need of a repair super kind and quick business. They had my phone all fixed up in 10 minutes ! Excellent iPhone battery replacement service.” – Sebastian
⭐ “Extremely professional service of replacing my MacBook screen. Good responsiveness on the phone. Super transparent about the process and price. I never felt like I was milked for money like i feel in the car shops or other electronics repair shops. I think I paid a fair price and the laptop works great now. Excellent iPhone battery replacement service.” – Natalia
⭐ “Replaced my old MacBook Pro battery in less than 24 hours. Quick and friendly. Great for iPhone battery repair.” – Michael
⭐ “My mother-in-law spilled a glass of milk on my new M1 Powerbook and shorted it out. I’m fairly hardware savvy and have replaced my own batteries and fan on my old Macbooks. But with the new M1 Powerbook, Apple really made them crazy complicated. I called up MOBILEFIX and David told me to come in immediately. I pad a $165 deposit/diagnostic which may not sound cheap. But in San Francisco for highly skilled technical labor that’s fair. I called him 24hrs later to check up on my Macbook and he told me they took it apart and found more fluid in the case. They flushed it out with electrical cleaning solvent and heat dried it up overnight. He texted me photos of the components. When liquids get into the internals I knew what parts could be damaged but I kept that to myself. David went through the tests that they performed and his diagnosis matched my own findings. He gave me a quote for replacing the screen and heatsink and told me he wouldn’t be able to fully test the logic board until those were replaced. I thought it was fair and paid him up front to order the parts. It ended up costing me about $500. But he got my Macbook up and running without having to wipe the HD. A similar repair at the Apple Store would have cost double that (I talked to Apple Care). A less reputable or skilled repair shop would have told you there were more parts needing replacing and would try to upcharge you. But David said let’s try the cheapest part first and see if that fixes it and it did. Two things you should know: 1: The store is very cluttered and looks like my aunt’s garage. The Apple Store it is not. But the work they do is top notch and I appreciate the lack of B.S. Years ago I brought my old HTC phone to this shop to get a quote on having the battery replaced but he flat-out told me not to; it would be cheaper to buy a new phone at T-Mobile. How many repair shops talk you OUT of getting a repair because it would be too expensive?! 2: David speaks in a fast, clipped staccato with a Chinese accent. Don’t mistake this for “Salesman Fast-talking”. If you don’t understand what he said or the technical details are too much, just ask him to repeat it again slowly. He’s not trying to trick you, he’s just a little ADHD. Anybody who’s worked around software engineers or hardware geeks knows what I’m talking about.” – Tom
