They went above and beyond to fix my iphone and they explained everything very clearly. My device is iPhone 13 Pro max and the problem was that its battery was draining quick , very quick. Just after an hour I got a call from them stating the battery is here and I can come to pick up my device in an hour. When I went there to pick up my device , they told me that they have cleaned my device for free. My iPhone really looked like I just bought a new phone. It’s been a month and the new battery is working like charm. It charges to 100% in 1 hour and some minutes but still it is impressive because now it lasts much longer. Maybe it was because I spilled wine on my keyboard and there was a damage on the battery too. For some months I didn’t do the repair because it was working fine.
