So this was my first experience at Expert Tech hammocks location, but they live up to the name. Long story short, I had a note 23 Ultra with a a broken and unresponsive screen, as well as damage to the backside glass. Going to samsung, I was quoted a ridiculous number. So I sought help elsewhere and came across Expert Tech via google maps. I am beyond impressed and very satisfied with the result of my repair. I am pretty sure there is only one gentleman who is repairing the devices and I must say, his attention to detail and actual quality of work is amazing. Okay, first, let me say I was personally helped by this tech when I walked into the repair shop. Very friendly and professional. When we were discussing options to fix my screen his concern was making sure that I got something that was best for me and my financial situation, instead of trying to force me into some overpriced repair service. After discussing the best option for me I had to wait a few days for the screen to ship to the store, no big deal. I did not have to pay for any shipping costs so thats nice. The actual repair for the screen probably took no more than a day or two. Very fast turnover rate! I am very satisfied with as I use my cell phone for business. I was personally notified by the tech that my device was ready and appreciated the time he took to do that instead of sending a text or some kinda of electronic notification. When I went to collect my device and actually got to see it in person, I was beyond impressed by how amazing the device looked after being in his care. If I didn’t know any better, I would say that this was a brand new device that was being handed to me. Checking over the quality of work,I could see that all the edges were properly aligned, and there was no gap or residue left from the repair process. Checking function of device everything seems to function as normal.
