He owns an official PC and Phone repair shop. He was able to not only sell me a high end PC for a great price but he took the time to show me the bench marks and go into detail of each parts of the PC in detail. He told me if theres any troubles with the PC at all, feel free to give him a call promising me that he would resolve the issue. This was not a sketchy alleyway handshake deal, this was a professional experience inside a professional looking workspace (nice and neat).
