⭐ “Bought the shell replacement from booter and pretty impressed with the quality on these, the disc tray cover feels like a real Dreamcast! The plastic is solid and feels sturdy, no screws had trouble going in. Hardware on the replacement shell seems quality and 1:1 to the OEM ones. The replacement power button with the kit aren’t oriented for the power button switch of the Dreamcast which had my replacement button getting stuck so I switched to the OEM buttons and it worked fine. (Orientation difference pictured.) Booter also gave me a purple led free of charge to try out in my Dreamcast, it eventually burnt out haha. Not only did they fix the sound, but they also fixed other issues it had that I didn’t even know about. The only negative thing I have to say was that I had to wait about a month for them to fix it as they had other consoles that needed to be repaired before me.
