Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Overall, I am very satisfied. Also remember to update your phone BEFORE you go in for service (I was told they wouldn’t be able to finalize the job unless the phone was completely updated). It’s much smarter and cheaper to replace the battery and possibly the screen (or screen protector) than buying a new iPhone for $1K.
