My laptop had a broken charging port and I took it in where the technician Matt looked at it diagnosed my problem and had the part ordered that visit. Once the part arrived he called me promptly and I brought it in where he was able to finish the repair the same day. I think it only took him about 20 minutes even though he had to take the computer apart and remove the motherboard before micro soldering in the new port. I was so pleased with my experience, I took my iphone back to him a couple days later and he was able to replace a cracked camera lens for me in about 10 minutes and still it felt like I got a good deal and I’m confident in the repair.
