Why is my Iphone 4 shut down randomly?

My iphone keeps shutting down randomly completley like it ran out of battery but its fully charged. The only way to turn it on is to charge the phone or connect it to my computer and when i turn it on it says that the percentage is 100?. I have also tried restoring my phone but it still wont stay on longer then 10 min or and hour without shutting down and not turning back on -_- PLEASE HELP ME !
and NO ITS NOT BECAUSE OF LOW BATTERY
