I'm looking for an unlocked smartphone that is under $300. What would be the best choice? Also what would be the best operating system? Android or Windows Mobile! I' m not gonna go for an iPhone. HTC has a wide variety of smartphones but I've heard thatHTC's battery cannot get you through one day! Samsung is the best choice but I'm not sure if they have good smartphones under 300 bucks. Drop an answer please !

UNLOCKED smartphone for under $300? Good luck finding that… Unlocked phones are much more expensive, and are rare on the market today. Go to your carrier and just buy one of their phones with a contract
